WE DO IT
English

In a world where information is the most valuable resource, we help you look beyond the numbers and understand the real story behind your business performance.

The problem isn't a lack of data

Almost no company suffers from a shortage of data. You have data in your ERP, in your accounting software, in your online shop, in every department's Excel files and in your advertising platforms. The problem is that it never meets in one place.

The signs are easy to recognise:

  • The monthly report is assembled by hand, takes days, and is already out of date by

the time it's finished.

  • Two departments arrive at the same meeting with different figures for the same

indicator.

  • You know how much you sold, but not what was profitable.
  • Important decisions get made on instinct, because the numbers arrive too late.

What we actually do

We consolidate data from every source into one place, clean it, put it into shape, then build reports and dashboards that update themselves. What used to take three days a month becomes permanently available, one page load away.

  • Consolidation of data from multiple sources — ERP, accounting, online shop,

CRM, Excel files, marketing platforms.

  • Cleaning and reconciliation — the same customer spelled four different ways

becomes one customer; the same products from different sources get matched.

  • Intuitive dashboards and real-time reports, accessible from a browser or a phone.
  • Performance indicators (KPIs) agreed with you — few, clear and tied to real

decisions, rather than thirty charts nobody looks at.

  • Automated reports delivered by email, or alerts when an indicator moves outside

its normal range, so you hear about a problem before it becomes expensive.

  • Predictive analytics where the historical data supports it: demand forecasting,

seasonality, stock risk.

How a project runs

  1. We establish the questions, not the charts. A good BI project starts with

three or four questions you can't answer today, not with a list of reports.

  1. We inventory the data sources and check what can realistically be extracted

from each.

  1. We build the first dashboard quickly, even if it covers a single area — seeing

something working within weeks is more useful than seeing everything in a year.

  1. We extend gradually, as new questions come up. The system grows with the need,

not the other way around.

Questions we get often

Do we need an ERP first? Not necessarily. A reporting layer can be built on top of the systems you already have, even if they're scattered. An ERP makes things simpler, but it isn't a prerequisite.

Our data is messy. Is that a problem? That's the norm, not the exception. A good part of the work is exactly that cleaning and reconciliation — and it's usually where the first useful discoveries show up.

Who maintains the reports afterwards? The point is that nobody has to. Reports refresh automatically; people spend their time interpreting them rather than copying numbers between files.

Outcome: faster, informed decisions based on data — not guesswork. If you'd like to see what can be drawn out of the data you already have, let's talk.
